
Morgantown, West Virginia – West Virginia commit Nicco Marchiol, a four star recruit in the 2022 class, led his Hamilton High School Huskies to a 35-32 victory last night over talented Chapparal High.
On the the season, Hamilton is now 6-0 and Marchiol has 1,320 yards passing, 19 touchdown passes and only 1 interception.
Hamilton High School coach Mike Zdebski said the following of his senior quarterback: “He’s the best quarterback in the state and he’s one of the best quarterbacks in the country and he proved it out there tonight.”
Hamilton High School is currently ranked as the #1 team in the state of Arizona and Marchiol is clearly enjoying his senior season at Hamilton. “We were dreaming of these days,” Marchiol said. “We’ve played these moments over in our heads so many times.”
