Morgantown, West Virginia – West Virginia Mountaineers four star quarterback commit Nicco Marchiol led Hamilton High School (11-0) to another big 38-14 win over American Leadership Academy (9-2) in the Arizona A1A State Championships.
Hamilton High School is the #1 ranked team in the state of Arizona and Nicco Marchiol will not only likely be the state player of the year, he’s also a candidate for the national player of the year.
On the season, Marchiol is now 186/251 for 2,441 yards, a school-record 35 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions.
Following the game, Marchiol had a message for Mountaineer Nation: “I can’t wait to get to Morgantown! Great win against Texas, Horns Down. See ya’ll soon!”
@MarchiolNicco is listed as a 4⭐️ pro-style QB, but he showed his versatility against ALA QC. Marchiol had two rushing TDs to go along with a score through the air.
