Opening Line for WVU-Maryland Released

The West Virginia University Mountaineers were officially selected to compete in the 2023 NCAA Tournament earlier this evening. As a 9th-seed in the South Region, WVU will take on the 8th-seed Maryland Terrapins out of the Big Ten.

Moments ago, DraftKings Sportsbook officially revealed their lines for the first round of games in the South Region. West Virginia, who sits with a 19-14 record, will be a 2-point favorite over the Terrapins (21-12).

 

The Mountaineers hold the series advantage over Maryland 24-12, and even won the last matchup between the two sides in the 2015 NCAA Tournament, 69-59.

The time and network for WVU-Maryland has yet to be revealed.
