Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, former West Virginia Mountaineers star forward Oscar Tshiebwe was named to the All-American First Team.
Tshiebwe averaged 17.0 points and 15.1 rebounds per game for the 26-7 Kentucky Wildcats this season.
