Pitt Coach Announces He’s Staying at Pitt in Epic Fashion

Pitt Head Coach Pat Narduzzi has been linked to the opening at Michigan State since long-time coach Mark Dantonio abruptly announced his retirement.

Narduzzi was Dantonio’s former defensive coordinator at Michigan State and immediately jumped to the top of the Spartans’ wish list following Dantonio’s shocking decision to leave.

When asked about the position, Narduzzi said, “Next question, c’mon now.  Put it this way, my phone was blowing up last night.”

Then, later, he said, “The rumors, squash them, whatever you want call it.  I said I got decisions to make, too, and I’m here at Pitt. And I want to be here at Pitt. And that’s where I’m gonna be. Pretty simple.”
