Prayers to Mountaineer Basketball Player Who Lost His Father

Morgantown, West Virginia – Seth Wilson, a point guard for the West Virginia Mountaineers, lost his father on October 24th and today, he laid him to rest.

Wilson, a true freshman from Lorain, Ohio, was very close to father and devastated with the loss.  Wilson reflected recently on his personal social media account: “From the time I could hold my head up on my own we were inseparable I went to every practice every game I was there if a game of basketball or football was on I was there your the reason I am who I am today u pushed me past limits I didn’t know I had cuz u saw something in me I didn’t see you loved me so much and would do anything for me you are truly the best dad ever you were my best friend and just the greatest watch over me pops as I chase the dream we started together and Lord thank you for allowing me to have my father for as long I did dad thank you for everything I got mom and Luke we gonna be alright I love you ❤️ 🙏🏾🕊 your son Seth.
