Next season, the Big 12 Conference is set to welcome BYU, Cincinnati, Houston, and UCF to the conference. With the announcement that Texas and Oklahoma are set to bolt for the SEC, it was a must for the conference to add more members.
Well, folks, the expansion may not be done quite yet.
Per @CBSSports reporting: The Big 12 is preparing invites for the 4 corners schools should the B1G move on Cal, Stanford, Oregon, & Washington. New Big 12 would reach 16 members with the additions of UCF, Cincy, Houston, BYU, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, & Arizona State. pic.twitter.com/92m3ilpOGp

According to CBS Sports, the Big 12 is also looking to add Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah from the Pac-12. This would bring the conference’s total number of teams from 12 to 16, making it spread nearly all across the United States.
