According to reports, it appears that Nester is returning home and has his sights set on playing for the Mountaineers. According to Mitch Vingle, Nester is a near lock to play for West Virginia: “My boys in southern West Virginia are saying Nester is “95 percent chance” going to West Virginia. Note that’s not a certainty nor a verified source yet…”

In addition, 247’s National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn put out a “Crystal Ball Prediction” for Nester today and has him transferring to West Virginia as well. Dohn put his confidence level of West Virginia landing Nester at a “8/10.”
Nester, a 6’6 300 pound guard, would be a perfect addition to a line that will feature in-state standouts Zach Frazier and Wyatt Milum.
COME HOME, DOUG!
