Trey Lowe, the talented backup quarterback for the Mountaineers, has decided to transfer.
Lowe sat behind Austin Kendall, Jarret Doege and Jack Allison last season, and it was unlikely that he would have had much playing time in the next couple of years with incoming Freshman Garrett Greene coming to Morgantown.
