Morgantown, West Virginia – Former West Virginia Mountaineers legendary guard Jevon Carter spent the last month as an assistant coach for Best Virginia, West Virginia’s alumni team in the TBT. However, it appears that this isn’t the last we’ve seen of Carter on the sidelines.

Carter, 26, who recently signed a 2-year extension to play for the Milwaukee Bucks, really enjoyed his time with Best Virginia and thinks he would like to have a career as a coach following his playing career.

Carter posted the following message on Instagram earlier today: “Had a lot of fun coaching the TBT. I think it’s safe to say I know what I’m doing when I’m done playing.”

Carter, who will earn a guaranteed $4,339,943 over the next two years with Milwaukee, is one of Bob Huggins’ favorite players ever and would be a welcomed addition to the Mountaineers’ basketball staff when he retires.
