Morgantown, West Virginia –Â Bob Huggins was was again snubbed by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and West Virginians are obviously left baffled by the committee’s decision to once again leave him out.
In addition, several prominent people from the world of sports have reacted to the fact that Huggins to the Hall of Fame is an absolute no-brainer.
Seth Davis, a college basketball reporter for CBS Sports, was confused by Huggins not being named a finalist. “I truly don’t understand how Bob Huggins isn’t even a finalist for the Hall of Fame. This should be a layup.”

Legendary sports personality John Feinstein called the Basketball Hall of Fame a “corrupt joke”, adding, “No Bob Huggins. What a joke.”
Once again, the Hall-of-Fame proves itself a corrupt joke. Only ONE men's college coach among finalists–Jay Wright, who should have gotten in LAST year. No Jim Phelan–again, an absolute crime. No Bob Huggins, no Speedy Morris. What a joke.

These are just a few of the big names in sports that spoke out about Bob Huggins not getting the recognition that he’s earned. The Basketball Hall of Fame should absolutely make this injustice right by honoring Bob Huggins in the way that he deserves.
