Tough News for Jevon Carter

Morgantown, West Virginia – According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, former West Virginia Mountaineers star Jevon Carter has been waived by the Brooklyn Nets.

Carter, who averaged 3.6 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game this season for the Nets, was cut to make room for Goran Dragic.

Carter has played for three teams – the Memphis Grizzlies, Phoenix Suns and Brooklyn Nets – in his short NBA career and will now hope to land with another team this season.
