Bill Bowlsby, the Big 12 Commissioner, just announced moments ago that there will be VERY limited access to the Big 12 Tournament starting with tomorrow’s games.
According to Bowlsby, teams will be allotted 150 tickets and no cheerleaders or bands will be allowed in attendance. Following each game, the crowd will be cleared out and new fans will be allowed to enter.
In addition, although Bowlsby did not comment extensively on refunds for fans who have already bought tickets, he did say that there will be a refund process that will be announced from the various sources that sold the tickets.
Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby: Starting with tomorrow’s Big 12 Tournament sessions, each team will be allotted 125 tickets. No pep band, cheerleaders, dancers, etc.
