The Cincinnati Bearcats overcame a second-half double-digit deficit by defeating the Houston Cougars 64-62 this evening. In this game, a Houston player was ejected in the 2nd half for biting the leg of a Cincinnati Bearcat.
Houston junior guard DeJon Jarreau was ejected after picking up a flagrant 1 technical as he dove for a loose ball. A Cincinnati spokesperson confirmed Jarreau bit Bearcats forward Mamoudou Diarra.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Bearcats’ senior forward Trevon Scott said, “I’m like, ‘yo, he just bit him. I’ve never seen that. Like sweaty, another man biting another man’s leg.”
