We Want One More Year of Morgantown’s Baddest Man

Leddie Brown has easily been the biggest surprise for the Mountaineers in 2020. After the team failed to eclipse 900 rushing yards as a whole in 2019, Brown has stormed onto the scene with 945 yards, and will have a chance to hit 1,000 in the Liberty Bowl.

Though Brown has all of the attributes to play in the NFL – speed, size, good vision, and can break tackles with ease – we need at least one more season of “Morgantown’s baddest man.”

Though he has been everything the Mountaineers hoped for in 2020, he still hasn’t reached his ceiling. Brown could elevate his draft status, and put together one of the best season’s in school history in 2021 if he decides to forego the NFL Draft. Not only will the offense return much of its production to help him, but Neal Brown is hard at work putting together a solid offensive line – with possibly one more big name West Virginia native on the way.

Brown will obviously consider entering the draft, but one more season in the Old Gold and Blue will do him wonders. We want him in Morgantown, and so does all of Mountaineer Nation.

So until he formally announces his decision, we have decided to campaign to convince him to return.

One more season, Leddie! Let’s go win the Big 12!
