The Big 12 is nothing short of chaos this year. Week after week, upsets are happening.

Week six brings possibly the most prominent match up of the entire season in the Red River Rivalry.

Here are our Week Six Big 12 Predictions:

  • Texas vs Oklahoma, Noon on Fox: This matchup got real important real quick. The loser will likely be out of playoff contention, and maybe even Big 12 Championship contention. As of now, I have more confidence in Sam Ehlinger than Spencer Rattler. The redshirt freshman will make one last mistake as he has the last two weeks. The Sooners drop to 0-3 in Big 12 play and 1-3 overall.
    Texas 42, Oklahoma 38
  • Texas Tech at Iowa State, 3:30 on ABC: The Cyclones are a dangerous team. The game one loss against Louisiana was nothing more than a fluke. This team could easily make the Big 12 Championship Game. The Red Raiders will likely be without Alan Bowman (shocker, right?), and their defense is terrible. Brock Purdy and company put this game away in the third quarter.
Iowa State 38, Texas Tech 20
  • Kansas State at TCU, 4:00 on Fox: If the Wildcats are without Alex Thompson, forget it. The Horned Frogs will cruise to victory. But if he is able to go, the Horned Frogs still win, but not as big of a spread. Max Duggan has another big game, and TCU moves to 2-1.
    TCU 34, Kansas State 24
