West Virginia Athlete Beats Bronny James

Morgantown, West Virginia – Poca High School’s Isaac McKneely, the high school basketball player of the year in West Virginia, is currently playing for AAU team Wildcat Select.

Wildcat Select played against the team called Strive for Greatness, featuring the son of NBA Star LeBron James, Bronny James.

Like McKneely, Bronny James is a four star recruit and considered one of the top prospects in the nation in his recruiting class.

McKneely, who was heavily recruited by Bob Huggins and West Virginia, chose to play college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers.

The matchup between McKneely’s Wildcat Select and Bronny James’ Strive for Greatness had a lot of hype surrounding it and it didn’t disappoint!

The game went into overtime before Wildcat Select pulled away behind McKneely’s late game heroics, hitting three consecutive three pointers late in the game to defeat Strive for Greatness.

McNeely finished with a game-high 20 points and Bronny James led his team with 16 points.
