Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, West Virginia basketball reserve Jay Moore announced that he has decided to enter the transfer portal.
Moore, 6’3 guard from Beckley, West Virginia, played in three games and scored two points for the Mountaineers as a freshman last season.
