Following West Virginia’s incredible 97-59 rout of the Texas Longhorns Monday night, many Texas fans and boosters are now calling for Head Coach Shaka Smart’s head.
The Longhorns are now 12-6 overall and 2-4 in the Big 12, and Smart is only 81-70 overall and a dreadful 31-43 in Big 12 Conference play since taking over as the Head Coach.
This of course is not acceptable for any program, but particular Texas, who has the advantages of incredible recruiting, facilities and booster money. Twitter lit up with reaction following Smart’s worst loss ever at Texas:

West Virginia 97, Texas 59. Two days after K-State SMOKED the Mountaineers. Shaka Smart is no longer on the hot seat. He’s standing on the surface of the sun.
