Moments ago, Governor Jim Justice announced that West Virginia now has a confirmed case of COVID-19.  West Virginia was the final state to have a confirmed case and now every state has at least one person with the virus.

Justice famously told West Virginians to “go to stores, go to Bob Evans” in a press conference held yesterday.
