West Virginia in Contact with Michigan Transfer

Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers have been active in the transfer portal, reaching out to several of the top players available but none more highly-touted than Hunter Dickinson.

Dickinson, who entered the transfer portal today, is a 7’1 center from Alexandria, Virginia and is the top available player in college basketball. Last season, Dickinson averaged 18.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game for the Michigan Wolverines while shooting 56.1% from the field and 42.1% from three point range.

Coincidentally, West Virginia’s top target in the transfer portal, Kerr Kriisa, followed Dickinson on social media earlier today and Dickinson immediately followed him back. Perhaps Kriisa and Dickinson are looking to link up as a package deal at a school like West Virginia?
