Kansas State is coming off an impressive 31-3 victory over Baylor and are currently ranked 2nd in the Big 12 Conference right now. If the Wildcats win out, they will compete in the Big 12 Conference Championship against TCU.

Deuce Vaughn is one of the most talented players in the conference and although they will start their backup quarterback in Will Howard today, he is very experienced and capable. In his last two games, he has thrown for 7 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. West Virginia’s secondary is one of the worst in the nation and Howard should have no problem picking it apart all game.

The wildcard today, of course, is Garrett Greene, who will start in place of JT Daniels at quarterback today. Greene is a dynamic, explosive quarterback who proved last week against Oklahoma that he is capable of putting the Mountaineers on his back and winning the game.

However, Kansas State has a lot more to play for today than the Mountaineers do. This game will be a back and forth game, but ultimately, the Wildcats are the superior team this year and come out on top.
