West Virginia Lands Major JUCO Talent

Morgantown, West Virginia – This afternoon, former Syracuse Orangemen linebacker, Lee Kpogba committed to play for the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Kpogba, a former 4 star linebacker out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, originally picked West Virginia out of high school over major schools like Florida State, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, among several others.

Kpogba ended up flipping his commitment and played at Syracuse, where he was eventually indefinitely suspended from the team.  He then transferred to East Mississippi Community College and will now end up back with the Mountaineers.

Although he has had some issues off the field, Kpogba is a major talent and linebacker is a real position of need for the Mountaineers.
