Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers have added Jose Perez, Omar Silverio, Kerr Kriisa and Jesse Edwards, and have started to get some offseason buzz from the national media.
The Mountaineers, who finished 19-15 overall and 7-11 in the Big 12 Conference, are listed as a 6 seed in Joe Lunardi’s latest way-too-early Bracketology.
Lunardi has West Virginia meeting #11 seed Yale in Pittsburgh in the 1st round.
If the Mountaineers are able to add Caleb Grill and/or John Hugley in the coming week to an already dynamic roster, expect more national attention for the team as the season gets closer.
West Virginia is a 6 seed in latest way-too-early Bracketology. Massively underrated.
A lineup featuring @KerrKriisa @showout_zayy0 @jesse_edwards14 and Tre Mitchell is a 6 seed? Come on now. #WVU pic.twitter.com/IGdAAUlqSx
