West Virginia Quarterback Enters the Transfer Portal

Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, it was revealed that Will “Goose” Crowder will leave the West Virginia football program and enter the transfer portal.

Crowder, a 6’2 redshirt freshman from Gardendale, Alabama, played in 3 games with the Mountaineers, finishing 8-8 from 85 yards and 1 touchdown.

Crowder was the 4th string quarterback this past season behind JT Daniels, Garrett Greene and Nicco Marchiol, and it was unlikely that he would move up on the depth chart if he returned for another season.
