Morgantown, West Virginia – To the surprise of no one, West Virginia was ranked as the tailgating atmosphere in the Big 12 Conference by Twitter account Big Game Boomer.
According to the account, West Virginia was ranked #1 of all teams in the conference followed by TCU, Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Texas, Kansas and Baylor.

West Virginia University Director of Athletics Shane Lyons recently announced that the football stadium will return to full capacity for the upcoming season.
“I want to thank our University, local and state officials for their work throughout the past year. We certainly have been in good hands with their advice and leadership,” Lyons said. “I can’t wait for this fall to again see the rows of tailgaters, experience the thrill of the Mantrip and the roar of a packed stadium singing ‘Country Roads’.”
