Morgantown, West Virginia – Prior to the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, redshirt junior wide receiver Bryce Ford-Wheaton posted on his personal social media accounts that he would return for another year with the Mountaineers next season.
Ford-Wheaton, who had 42 receptions for 575 yards and 3 touchdowns this season, was held to only 2 catches for 15 yards in the bowl game.
Following the game, Ford-Wheaton deleted this message that said he would return:
