The Mountaineers are once again on a BYE week this week. While you may have just planned on channel surfing throughout all of the games today, here are three games you should tune into on this cool, crisp College Football Saturday.

  • Tulsa at Oklahoma State, Noon on ESPN: Want an early look at WVU’s second opponent of the 2020 season? Tune in at noon on ESPN to watch the Oklahoma State Cowboys host the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. The Big 12 has had a tough go at it so far, so it will be interesting to see if Mike Gundy and company can finish off non-conference play strong for the league. Line: OSU -23.5
  • Appalachian State at Marshall, 3:30 on CBS: The Thundering Herd have a national television date with one of the best Group of 5 schools in the nation in Appalachian State. Quarterback Grant Wells makes his second career start after a solid opener against Eastern Kentucky. If Little Brother can pull of the upset, it will be a huge boost for them moving forward. Line: App. State -4.5
  • Texas State at LA-Monroe, 7:30 on ESPNU: Jake Spavital has his team competing at a high level, but it hasn’t resulted in a win yet. Tonight is your chance to see if the former WVU offensive coordinator can finally lead the Bobcats to a win on the road. Texas State has lost their first two games, both by single-digits. Line: Texas State -5
