With four new members joining the Big 12 in 2023 (BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and UCF), the conference’s schedule drop was delayed from its usual holiday season release date. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the reveal to see who will remain on their team’s schedule and who won’t make the cut.

Yesterday, Craig Smoak, a writer for SicEm365, shared a quote from Baylor Athletic Director Mack Rhoades on when we can expect the schedule to finally be shared with the public.

“End of January. That is the timeline.”

Within the next two weeks, West Virginia fans will know who, when and where their Mountaineers will be playing this fall.

The first three games of WVU’s 2023 season are set;

9/2: at Penn State

9/9: Duquesne

9/16: Pitt
