Earlier today, it was reported that Kansas Head Coach Les Miles would not be making the trip to Morgantown with the Jayhawks. With this decision, it should’ve been expected that there would be changes to the game’s betting line. However, it was not in the direction that many would have thought.
The West Virginia-Kansas line at Westgate SuperBook moved from -23 to -21.5 today after Les Miles announced he wasn't making the trip.

According to Max Olson of The Athletic, the line for WVU-Kansas moved from -23 in favor of the Mountaineers to -21.5 after the Miles news broke.
Does Vegas think Kansas is better without Les Miles? It certainly appears that way. Nonetheless, it was expected to be a tough challenge for the Jayhawks with or without Miles. But who knows, it may be a closer contest with the former National Title Winner sitting at home.
WVU and Kansas kickoff at noon. The matchup will be televised on FOX.
