The promotions that were left off at this time were WVU’s annual Coal Rush and True Blue. Since the athletic department wants Coal Rush to take place at night, this promotion will likely be announced once the Mountaineers receive a later kickoff. At this time, only Robert Morris and Pitt have kickoff times, 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., respectively.
