Along with the Mountaineers, Penn State, Louisville, Miami, and Florida State are included in his top-15.
According to 247Sports, Duffy holds 35 FBS offers coming out of high school. Steve Wiltfong, a leading expert for the outlet, currently predicts him to choose Arizona State.
Duffy would be a solid addition in 2022. Currently, Spring Valley’s Corbin Page is the only player to commit to WVU in that class.
