Zach Frazier Announces End to WVU Career

Center Zach Frazier played his last snap for WVU on Saturday.

Morgantown, WV – It was a near perfect career for Zach Frazier in the Old Gold and Blue. After claiming his stock as one of the best offensive linemen in the upcoming NFL Draft, the Fairmont native saw his WVU career end last Saturday against Baylor following a “significant” leg injury.

Earlier this evening, Frazier announced that his WVU career is officially over, and that he had surgery on his injured leg on Monday.

Head Coach Neal Brown stated that he did not expect Frazier to play in WVU‘s bowl game in his postgame press conference.

He appeared in 47 games for the Mountaineers.
