MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Moments ago, the West Virginia Mountaineers landed Israel “Jacob” Boyce, a three star defensive back from Douglasville, Georgia.

Boyce, 5’11 180 pounds, held numerous offers from programs around the country, including Akron, Boston College, Cincinnati and Eastern Carolina, to name a few.
