MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — According to Bruce Irvin, he will be inducted into the 2023 West Virginia Hall of Fame!
Irvin said the following on Twitter earlier today: “2023 West Virginia football Hall of Fame! Been waiting on this!”
Irvin, 35, played for the Mountaineers from 2010-2011, and finished the season second in the nation in sacks with 14. He was a second team all-Big East selection and an honorable mention All-American by SI. Irvin returned to West Virginia University after turning professional, earning his bachelor’s degree in 2018.
