Colorado to the Big 12 Seems to Be a Done Deal

Talks between the Big 12 and Colorado seem to be approaching their climax as it is being reported that the Buffaloes will likely join conference.

Boulder, CO – With each passing day, it seems more and more likely that the Colorado Buffaloes will be the next official member of the Big 12 Conference. After leaving the conference in 2011 for the Pac-12, the Buffaloes would be the first team to return to the league in which they departed.

According to recent reports, it now appears as if that will be the case.

Per Justin Cohen of the Tallahassee Journal, Colorado to the Big 12 is “all but done.”

Both sides are on board with the transition, and the details are said to be worked out in the coming days.
