Gee Extended By WVU

WVU President E. Gordon Gee has received a contract extension from the university.

Morgantown, WV – WVU will now be with the services of President E. Gordon Gee for longer than originally expected.

According to Hoppy Kercheval of MetroNews, Gee has received a one-year contract extension that will lock him in as president through June 30, 2025.

Meanwhile, WVU President Gee gets another year on his contract: "West Virginia University Board of Governors voted unanimously Monday (July 31) to extend President Gordon Gee’s contract one year through June 30, 2025."
