Jevon Carter is making a name for himself in the NBA. Now with the Milwaukee Bucks, Carter has become a solid bench player and defender.
As Mountaineer fans already know, the Illinois native was an incredible defender in Morgantown. So it will come to no surprise to Mountaineer Nation that Carter is leading the NBA in one defensive category.

Carter accumulated the most defensive pressure on ball-handlers this season in the NBA. For a player that really took “Press Virginia” to heart, this was to be expected from him.
For the 2022-23 season, Carter averaged 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 0.8 steals per game.
