Joe Toussaint Not Returning to West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Moments ago,  West Virginia point guard Joe Toussaint announced on social media that he will not return to West Virginia.

Toussaint, a 6’0 senior guard from Bronx, New York, averaged 9.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists last year for the Mountaineers.
