According to Mitchell Osterlund of KJHK Sports, Kansas will be without the services of their starting quarterback Jalon Daniels when they travel to take on the Mountaineers on Saturday.

Jayhawks Head Coach Les Miles stated that Daniels will be out longer than expected with an ankle injury that he sustained against Oklahoma State. Miles Kendrick is expected to get the start against West Virginia, but Thomas MacVittie will also compete for playing time.

MacVittie is also recovering from an injury, but Miles claimed he expects him to be ready for the matchup with WVU.
