Morgantown, WV – Moments ago, Neal Brown and the West Virginia Mountaineers added to their 2025 recruiting class. Thomas Barr, an offensive lineman out of Pennsylvania, announced his commitment to the Mountaineers via social media.

Barr currently does not hold a rating from any major recruiting outlet. WVU is one of three schools to offer him a scholarship – UMass and Lafayette College being the other two.
