Morgantown, WV – Moments ago, WVU Receiver E.J. Horton announced that he is officially in the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Horton, who spent his first three seasons at Marshall, tallied 10 receptions for 201 yards and a touchdown in 2023. He was expected to contend for a starting receiver position this fall.
This marks WVU’s first loss to the transfer portal this spring.
