Former WVU Quarterback Marc Bulger is embracing the underdog role tonight.
Morgantown, WV – When the Mountaineers take the field tonight against Penn State, they will be a nearly three touchdown underdog. As we all know, WVU is no stranger to being the underdog, and many will be embracing that role today.
