Morgantown, WV – Barstool Sports has ranked each college town in the Big 12 via Instagram, and it should be a surprise to nobody who is at #1.
The outlet has ranked Morgantown as the best town in the Big 12, with Austin, Texas and Lawrence, Kansas finishing 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
