MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Moments ago, it was announced that West Virginia Judge John P. Bailey has granted a 14 day temporary restraining order, giving WVU’s RaeQuan Battle eligilibity and paving the way for more suits from 2nd-time transfers seeking eligibility, according to Ross Dellenger.
Although the NCAA will likely appeal the decision, Battle will now likely be in the lineup when the Mountaineers play at UMASS this Saturday! A huge victory for West Virginia and RaeQuan Battle!
