Report: Big 12 Will Delay Season to the End of September

The Big 12 announced this evening that they will be going forward with a 2020 fall football season despite the Big Ten and Pac-12 announcing cancellations.

A new schedule is expected to be released very soon, but there will be changes to the start date for all schools.

According to ESPN, the Big 12 will now start their season on September 26th as opposed to earlier in the month. The conference will keep their “nine plus one” scheduling format for the season.

Multiple reports have stated that the schedule could be released as early as tomorrow.
