Son of Former WVU Star is “Ready” to Be Brought Home

Though it seems like yesterday that Noel Devine was shredding defenses in Morgantown, it has actually been 12 years since he suited up for WVU. During that time span, Devine has grown older, along with his children.

His oldest son, Andre, is beginning to visit schools in hopes of continuing his athletic and education career. Andre Devine, a 5’8 running back/wide receiver from Fort Myers, FL, could wind up playing for the Mountaineers as well. Yesterday, the talented Devine visited WVU for their annual Gold-Blue Spring Game.

In a post on his Instagram story, Noel stated that his son Andre is “ready,” and for WVU to “bring him home.”

Devine is a three-star 247Sports prospect in the 2024 class. He also holds offers from Alabama A&M, Bethune-Cookman, Florida Atlantic, Marshall, South Florida, and UT Martin. During his junior season in 2021, he tallied 738 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns.
