The Virginia Tech Hokies have lost their third-straight to FBS teams from West Virginia.
Huntington, WV – After dropping games to the Mountaineers in 2021 and 2022, the Virginia Tech Hokies played against one of West Virginia’s very own today – Marshall.
In what was a hard fought game, the Hokies dropped their third-straight game of the season to the Herd, 24-17.
Now, sitting at 1-3, one of WVU’s fiercest rivals is at rock bottom. While it may be a long time before the Mountaineers and Hokies meet up again, this program has a long way to climb before they should consider scheduling the Mountaineers.
