West Virginia Offers the #1 Player in the Nation

Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers recently hired Graham Harrrell as the team’s new offensive coordinator. Since being hired, Harrell has been on the recruiting trail, searching for the next great West Virginia prospect.

Today, Harrell extended an offer to the #1 recruit in the entire 2024 class, Jadyn Davis. Davis, a 6’0 185 pound quarterback from Charlotte, North Carolina, is a five star prospect with offers from virtually every major program in the country.

Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Florida State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and now, the West Virginia Mountaineers, have offered a scholarship him a scholarship.

While West Virginia will obviously have a lot of competition for Davis, his head coach at Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina is none other than former West Virginia quarterback Will Grier’s dad, Chad Grier.

Will Grier posted six exclamation points on Davis’ message announcing his offer from West Virginia. Davis had the following to say about his offer: “Extremely excited and blessed to receive an offer from West Virginia University.” #GoMountaineers!
