Former WVU Quarterback Will Grier has been waived by the New England Patriots.
Foxborough, MA – Despite struggling at the quarterback position, the New England Patriots have decided to part ways with one of the quarterbacks on their roster.
This signal-caller is none other than former WVU Quarterback Will Grier.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Patriots have waived Grier. He did not record a stat in New England.

Grier previously played for the Dallas Cowboys, and has not played in the regular season since 2019 with the Carolina Panthers.
